Workers and Affiliates Mentoring Program
Mission Statement
1. Mentors. The Collective Group will seek out mentors worldwide, that are admired, with an attitude of selflessness, and a zeal for the future of life eternal, while being of good cheer in this temporal life they now live, with an abundant spirit of giving, (Time-Talent-Treasure). These special mentors, called “God’s Special Work Force of the World”, will join this cause super naturally, as they were ordained to do, before the foundation of the world for the finishing of the work. The Collective Group will learn from these mentors and model their behavior of like mindedness, after such mentors in thought and actions as these mentors will learn from this Collective Group of people and be given wisdom for all to learn and discern. WEB 2.0’s intelligence will connect The Group to begin the process and will grow in expediential understanding. Only those called will be given the wisdom to understand the messages in their most simplest of formants, while lives and destiny’s will be interwoven globally, for the eternal good of those touched by the understanding of this super natural media of intelligence, through written and verbal conversation called networking.
2. Hone Your Skills. Determine that the most important skill necessary to your success in The Collective Group is the winning of souls for Eternity. No matter what your life’s endeavor may be, study and learn this vicariously, as you will be used when necessary to open important doors in the finishing of the work.
3. Know Your Calling. Master it. Know everything there is to know about your calling in the worldwide marketplace. Identify with The Collective Group interested in your field of expertise and expound your passions, feelings and frustrations, in order for the group to help you become the most proficient in your field, when called upon to help in the work ahead.
4. Discover Personal Development. Feed your mind and Spirit with positive, abundant, cheerful, limitless thinking, of ideas and content to share with the group.
5. Associate Yourself with Success. Network worldwide, or in your own backyard and meet and befriend other like-minded, ambitious and success-oriented people in your field, no matter what their beliefs may be and learn from them. Never pushing your beliefs on anyone, but letting your light of loving kindness, be an example to shine upon their lives and let God do the rest.
6. Work in Progress. This is the beginning of a group of collective intelligence that is open to anyone and any subject for all to learn and to gain a better understanding of the eventual outcome. Those who wish to enter into this realm of understanding will have the right to visit as often as they like and make as many comments and suggestions as they wish to put forth. No one will be rejected, but only The Collective Group will know who is a part of the movement or not a part of the movement.
7. Rest in the Word. All collective intelligence will be tested by the written Word as to its authenticity. No suggestions or expressed ideas will be shunned, only tested. Those in The Collective Group will be given wisdom to discern the information as to how to proceed in a loving gentle manner. Those who attack anyone’s freedom of expression should be careful not to miss its underlying understanding of the message.
8. New Beginnings. All in The Collective Group will have new beginnings as the work load heightens and are encouraged to share their experiences, good and bad as we enter into the most intense time of world history. The group is not based on any type of formal religion, and everyone has the right to choose how they wish to worship or not to worship. This is only the beginning as to how this will grow and The Collective Group welcomes the opportunity to learn from your input.

Powerful men and women of God have trained me to be a prayer warrior. I will pray for The Collective Group.
As the world has turned the corner and is now heading in a new direction, it is important to understand that God's Will has always been done and always wil be done.
We must remember that throughout history, God has used good men and crooked men to draw a straight line. My prayer is the members of the Collective Group will align their Will, with that of the Father, Son & The Holy Spirit. And may God clearly direct the path of this organization.

Prayer of Salvation
The most important prayer that you will ever pray in your lifetime is The Prayer of Salvation!.
However, contrary to the teachings and beliefs of most Christians, Salvation is a free gift of God, which only requires our true belief in the fact - Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
John 3:16
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
If you want to accept Christ as the Son of God and your personal Savior, please turn from your past sins and pray a prayer similar to this:
"Jesus my Lord, I believe that You are the Son of God. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. Please forgive my sins and give me the gift of eternal life. I ask you to come into my life and heart to be my Lord and Savior. I want to serve you always."
Because you have believed and prayed this prayer, you have been given Eternal Life right now and forever more.

I just got back from a great meeting in Dallas-Fort Worth area. While there, I met a few more members of The Collective Group, Lou and Pam. They took me to meet with Ped from Laos and had a great dinner at his restaurant to discuss the Asian Summer Games in Laos in August 2009. It was a very good connection to learn more about his culture and the opportunity to visit Laos next summer. Yesterday Lou and Pam took me to a great church service and then to the airport, two very Solid Lights in Fort Worth. Good connection.

I was watching Alien 3 with my husband yesterday. I saw Sigourney Weaver, her character in prison, laying on her bed huddled, looking scared. Then it hit me. People are comfortable in their prisons. Sometimes we are so used to being barred from our blessings, that when the door opens, we wonder if 3 hots and a cot might be better than facing the fear of success. God has not given us a spirit of fear but one of power and love and of a sound mind. Do you feel locked up today? Is there any area of your life where you still need to be set free? I pray that it would be revealed to you and that today, on this day, you once again declare your independence by the resurrection power of Jesus Christ living inside of you...Daniel, did your God, the Sovereign God of Heaven and Earth save you from the mouth of the lions? YES HE DID, AND YES, WE CAN!
Where Giving and Asking For Nothing In Return Originated for me!
I’ve been asked not just once, it’s been countless times “why” do I spend so much time helping people in the beginning of a relationship or prospect, instead of getting down to business and isn’t it really a waste of time as if the prospects aren’t interested you just should dump them and move on?
Unfortunately when those individuals ask me this question, it’s my signal that they are the ones who need the most help and haven’t been getting it, so then I proceed to the ones who deserve my help or just need it, the deserving ones win out.
Helping people to help themselves, is the first order of business, if you want a relationship with that individual or prospect, that last more than three minutes. After all real success is about having successful relationships in this business.
Until the individual you are working with realizes “what’s in it for them, on a really personal level and what they need to do to see, if they can change themselves so they can find there piece of success, thereby knowing and understanding up front, what it is they aren’t comfortable with and why; and can it be fixed, as well as what they have tried previously and experienced and how in detail each aspect of the experience is understood can the prospect face a new challenge knowing, that they have learned from prior experiences and hopefully won’t make the same mistakes over and over again, because we all know, doing the same thing, that hasn’t worked over and over again thinking it will work this time, is the definition of insanity.
To fully appreciate the scope of this incredible aspect, it’s going to take me disclosing one of the most personal moments and aspects of my life, that I survived and who is the amazing person who is responsible for teaching me the art of “Giving and asking for nothing in return”.

We serve an incredible God who has blessed us, by having our paths meet this past weekend with Joe. I know that God has amazing plans for all of us. We just have to be willing to listen and to follow him.
We live in the Oil and Gas community of Fort Worth, Texas. Some things have happened recently that remind me of how things are in the last days.
Companies have offered sometimes thiry thousand dollars for mineral right bonuses. These offers were given 7 months ago. Then one day the companies said no more. There were some people that signed right away, some that took longer to sign, and still others that never signed. When those people found out that the offers were off the table, they came forward, but it was too late. They had missed their opportunity.
It reminds me of how people are when they learn about Christ. Some receive him right away, some take some time, and still others wait until it is too late.
Our treasure is not here; it is in eternity. Time is running out. We must go out and tell the good news about our saviour. Every soul is precious. God IS Love....And we as The Collective Group must show love to everyone that God puts in our path.
Thank you for allowing us to be used as a vessel to change hearts through God's direction.

Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says, 'Woe to those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done. We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values. We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery. We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare. We have killed our unborn and called it choice.
